@andrey_butov @StarrHorne I used to do shake before a workout, double scoop after, then three more throughout the day when I was stacking on size and strength. Didn’t care about my weight so much. Just wanted to be able to carry a small country on my back. 😀
@andrey_butov @StarrHorne Also, not sure if you’re against supplementation or not? You can drink protein shakes in the afternoon to take the place of eating lots of chicken. I never ate cleanly, but consumed a shakes five times a day, plus creatine, plus other stuff (no steroids or anything like that.)

@andrey_butov @StarrHorne When I was strong and tried to lose weight it took me six months to lose 20lbs. When I stopped lifting, followed the same meal plan, I lost 20lbs in a month. It’s hard to keep muscle mass and lose weight.

My nights and weekends project is coming along slowly. My C++ layer is taking some time, interface creation and implementation per platform is kind of slow. As an aside I’d love to see Microsoft’s C++ codebase for Office apps. It has to be very interesting.

@twwilliams Photoshop is an old gentleman, like Word or Excel. Too much functionality to expose everything via shortcuts.

@twwilliams On the Mac folks tend to use a lot of Cmd+ keys. I too like the Alt+ for the top level menu. Use it all the time on Windows.
@whakkee Windows has gotten a lot better on the virus/malware front.
