Even if it remains small the ideas are very good. We can contribute to it by sharing our findings with the authors. Writing bugs, ferreting out security and privacy issues.

The Nazi site, Gab, uses Mastodon for its service. Having the ability to not federate with a bunch of Nazi assholes is a good thing and you can bad the entire lot at once.
It’s not perfect. But it’s not broken.
Not one American has had their right to free speech suppressed.
Twitter is a company, not the government. It can manage its platform as it sees fit.

Supporting ActivityPub seems like a good first step to opening up Twitter to pair with other platforms.
It would be nice for @elonmusk to get a bunch of smart folks from various platforms together to hammer something out.
