This would allow a site like Twitter to point to an RSS feed and include whatever it finds in the feed as a tweet.

How could one thread RSS like Twitter does with tweets, or is that not a use case you’re interested in?
When I first saw Dave say Two-way RSS I thought he meant: I read your RSS, post text, other person hits reply, replies to text, you read the RSS. Loop.
