Had to resort to - (nullable instancetype)initWithBaseDose:(nonnull void *)baseDose; to appease the compiler. Not great, but it does work.

E.G. - (nullable instancetype)initWithBaseDose:(nonnull PKMath::BaseDose *)baseDose; is no good for Swift because of PKMath::BaseDose. Sigh

Mixing C++, Objective-C, and Swift at the moment. Gotta find a good solution for wrapping C++ in Objective-C. Swift hates C++ namespaces.
