Lazy tweet. Are there any really great Windows desktop applications built with 100% .Net?
E.G. something as amazing as Visio, Excel, or Photoshop folks could point to and say “This is how Windows apps should be built.”
I can’t think of any, but I haven’t used Windows in years.

@BarbMcQuade Software developer here. I believe the answer is, maybe.
You’d need to find someone who has very broad knowledge of the various technologies you’ve listed. E.G. is your email on an Exchange server or GMail? Do messages come via Apple Messages or SMS, etc.
