@ZymurgySteve Yeah, that is one of my biggest pet peeves. “Please arrive 30-minutes early.” Because you have to fill out paperwork. Ugh.

@pdutta All activity from each doc, hospital, lab, etc, would land in that record. Managed where I chose to manage it. Open w/multiple providers.
@pdutta Agreed with that 100%. We, the patient, need to own and manage them. I should invite doctors to view them. They accept or decline.
