@bhansmeyer Trouble. 😀
@CaseyNeistat At some point you have to hire an assistant so it’s culled before it gets to you. Growth has its bad sides, but it’s a good problem to have.
@flyosity It hasn’t shipped yet. 😀
@steipete I wonder if they started with a cut of UXKit?
@caseyliss Ahhh. All the best, really. Looking forward to some blog posts or conversations on ATP about it.
@caseyliss How’s the indie life treating you? You got some nice shoutouts from WWDC live podcast sessions. I’m pulling for you. All the best!
I bet I’ve seen Incredibles 100 times, but I’ll watch it again in preparation for Incredibles 2. Congratulations Pixar! twitter.com/drwave/status/…
@lapcatsoftware Jeff, I can’t imagine Objective-C going away anytime soon. Just use it until they say you can’t. Which probably won’t happen between now and when you retire.
@jameskarst No, not really. Thanks for the articles!
@andrey_butov It’s phases all the way down.
@jameskarst Have you done any stories on Storyville?
@danielpunkass This very conversation was going on in the Microsoft ecosystem in 2000 with the advent of .Net and C#. They’re now both very mature and great for developers large and small.
@JacobAWohl Go talk to a vet with PTSD and tell him to just suck it up and pull his head out. Our brains are extremely complex. You can’t just tough your way out. It takes time and help just like any other medical condition. Some will fight with it their entire life.
@JacobAWohl You have some growing up to do, Jacob. It’s not a matter of toughness. You can’t beat cancer by being tough, just like you can’t beat depression by being tough.
@jifarris HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
@dlpasco I just want to build software and these shifts can be disruptive. Hell, I still love coding in C++ because I’m very comfortable with it. I don’t mind Swift because it feels closer to C++ to me, but it has been very disruptive.
@robschafer The ride sounds fun. I’m sure you’ll have the time of your life. Nothing special on the left coast. Just plugging along.
@bjcohenmd @RasuShrestha @ahier Their health record would have a history of visits to doctors and hospitals. They could share that with their provider. It wouldn’t preclude a medical professionals taking notes or recording the visit. What about EHR’s today do you not like? Are they cumbersome?
@bethannon Do you know how to export WordPress posts without using the WordPress UI? I’ve borked my installation and just want to use something else now.
@cmgarcia @RasuShrestha @ahier I would love to see open protocols for EHR’s with multiple implementations that can all interchange data. Access to patient data is owned and controlled by the patient. Doctors request access and the patient can revoke it at anytime. The days of Epic and the like need to end.
@RasuShrestha @ahier “Time for an overhaul.” - Great! Please work to flip the system on its head. Let patients be in charge of, and own, their data. Pull it out of silos. Let’s see open standards.
@davidahouse 👍🏼
@Micah_Escobedo Also, Trump is one lazy ass hole.
@robschafer I was just thinking about you, Rob. How the heck are you?
